PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The client (“Buyer”) desires to purchase peptides and other research MATERIAL from https://nurapeptide.com (“NURA Peptide”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the conditions and restrictions of the sale and purchase of MATERIAL, which includes peptides for research use only.
As used herein, the term “MATERIAL” means any product and/or service which Buyer purchases or obtains from NURA Peptide, including but not limited to: peptides, proteins, powders, chemicals, labware, and hardware. This includes customers who purchase peptides online through the NURA Peptide website.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions that govern all purchases of MATERIAL from NURA Peptide.
1. Research Use Only
- All products sold on this site are for laboratory research and development purposes only.
- Products are not for human consumption of any kind.
- The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Restrictions on Use
- MATERIAL is intended only for qualified professionals familiar with proper laboratory handling.
- The Buyer may not use the MATERIAL in clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
- The Buyer shall not use the MATERIAL in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals.
- Buyer agrees not to use MATERIAL for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
- Buyer must be at least 21 years of age to purchase MATERIAL.
3. Buyer’s Responsibility
By purchasing from NURA Peptide, Buyer warrants that they:
- The Buyer fully acknowledges and understands the hazards associated with handling and using the MATERIAL.
- Possess the necessary knowledge, training, and facilities to safely handle and store the MATERIAL.
- Will comply with all applicable state, federal, and international regulations regarding MATERIAL.
- Will not resell, repackage, or distribute MATERIAL to any third party without express written approval from NURA Peptide.
- Accept full responsibility for any risks, damages, or liabilities arising from improper use, handling, or storage of MATERIAL.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
- MATERIAL is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- NURA Peptide makes no guarantee that the use or sale of MATERIAL does not infringe upon patents or intellectual property rights.
- Buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying any potential regulatory restrictions prior to purchase peptides.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- NURA Peptide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of MATERIAL.
- Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NURA Peptide, its owners, affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or losses arising from Buyer’s handling or use of MATERIAL.
6. Orders & Payments for purchase peptides
- The Buyer must make all payments to NURA Peptide.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Orders are not binding until confirmed.
- NURA Peptide must receive payment prior to shipment.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
- Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the Buyer.
- Carriers, customs, or events outside our control may cause delays, but NURA Peptide does not take responsibility for them.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, branding, text, graphics, and product images) is the exclusive property of NURA Peptide. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Florida, United States, shall govern and construe this Agreement, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Entire Agreement for purchase peptides
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and NURA Peptide. No modification or amendment shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
